We pack your jewelry by hand and send it out as soon as your order comes in. Once your package is on its way, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep. Delivery times can vary a little depending on where you live, but our promise is simple. We ship quickly and you do not pay for shipping.

Every single design is created by Sarah and her daughter. Each piece begins as a sketch at the kitchen table, is brought to life by hand in our Canadian studio, and is carefully inspected by Sarah herself before being sent to you.
